While we cannot guarantee to price match a competitor’s product, which in our opinion is inferior or unreasonably priced as a ‘loss leader,’ we do monitor our competitors online, and will endeavour to offer a balance between quality and value. If you find what you believe to be a comparable product at a lower price, please contact us with the details and we will consider it.
In accordance with UK Distance Selling laws, if you need to cancel an order prior to manufacture or despatch, you may do so by contacting us quoting your order number and reason for cancellation. However, the way in which we handle your request will depend on several factors.
Additionally, if we fail to deliver your order within a reasonable time and have not contacted you to discuss any issues, you may cancel the order. We may also refuse or cancel an order if payment is not received.
Please Note: If you request a cancellation, your order is not cancelled until you receive written confirmation of the cancellation from us.
Because we work with natural materials, we cannot guarantee each batch will have the exact same colour as previous batches, and we work with a tolerance for sizing to make fitting pictures and glazing into frames easier. Because of this, if you have previously bought products from us, you may find that repeat orders are from a different batch and do not match exactly. If you need a large quantity of products and need them to match, contact us prior to ordering.
Also, due to the limitations of digital technology, the product you receive may not exactly match the colour and tone of the digital image used to represent it on the website.
We aim to manufacture all orders within 3 working days of receipt of payment. If you need a faster turnaround, particularly on custom or personalised goods, please contact us to discuss your requirements prior to ordering.
All orders are delivered through our courier, who will contact you by text if you have provided a mobile number when your delivery is scheduled. At this point, you may contact the courier direct to rearrange delivery.
Title in the goods passes to the customer at time of despatch provided payment has been received in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Although we take great care and pride in our work, and go to great lengths to make sure your products are manufactured to your specifications, carefully packaged and boxed for delivery, and as ordered, we know mistakes occur from time to time and products are occasionally damaged in transit despite our best efforts.
